ARSA PREVIEW is an app for iPhone, iPad, and Android that makes app creation fun and easy without requiring extensive coding knowledge. It uses drawing as a fundamental tool to create new apps, with lessons and challenges provided through ARSA PREVIEW.

Your drawing is the app you see: Draw using any drawing app, share the PSD file with ARSA PREVIEW, and immediately view the full-screen result with a single share. Master the basics, then step into the more challenging world of ARSA PREVIEW. In addition to a library of built-in lessons, ARSA PREVIEW features special challenge collections in GPU, Web3, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, which are continually updated. These challenges allow you to dive deeper into topics you’ve learned or test your skills with new projects. Not only will you create enjoyable works, but you will also enhance your skills.

Installation

Installation Guide for ARSA PREVIEW on Apple App Store and Google Play Store, By following below steps, you will successfully install ARSA PREVIEW on your device, enabling you to experience its innovative app creation capabilities.

For iPhone and iPad:

1. Open the Apple App Store: On your iPhone or iPad, locate and tap the App Store icon.

2. Search for ARSA PREVIEW: In the search bar at the top, type "ARSA PREVIEW" and press the search button.

3. Select the ARSA PREVIEW App: From the search results, identify the ARSA PREVIEW app and tap on it.

4. Download and Install: Tap the "Get" button next to the app icon, then confirm your download with your Apple ID, Face ID, or Touch ID if prompted.

5. Open the App: Once the download is complete, tap "Open" to launch ARSA PREVIEW and start your journey.

By following below steps, you can effectively create and visualize your first app design using ARSA PREVIEW, leveraging the powerful drawing capabilities of Procreate, SketchBook, ibis Paint, HiPaint or Photopea. This streamlined process allows you to bring your creative ideas to life without the need for extensive coding knowledge.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Open Your Drawing App:
    • Launch Procreate, SketchBook, ibis Paint, HiPaint or Photopea on your device.
  2. Create Your Design:
    • Start a new canvas with size that you want to main layout e.g. 640x960px or 640x1351px with 72 DPI and 8 Bits per a channel after that create your app design. This could be the layout, buttons, icons, your own avatars or any other graphical elements you envision for your app.
  3. Save Your Work:
    • Save your completed design as a PSD file. This format is native and full compatible with ARSA PREVIEW and preserves all the layers and details of your drawing.
  4. Share to ARSA PREVIEW:
    • Stay-turned your drawing app.
    • Sharing the PSD file into ARSA PREVIEW by selecting the "Share" button option within your drawing app and choosing ARSA PREVIEW as the destination.
  5. Preview Your App:
    • Once the file is imported, ARSA PREVIEW will automatically generate a full-screen preview of your design.
    • Navigate through the interface to see how your design translates into an interactive app.
  6. Refine and Iterate:
    • Use the feedback from the preview to make any necessary adjustments to your design in your drawing app.
    • Close and re-sharing the updated PSD file into ARSA PREVIEW to view the changes in real-time.

NOTE: When ARSA PREVIEW showing another PSD file currently on screen, First; user need close its and sharing again.

Avatar with Motion and Animation

Creating an Avatar App with Motion and Animation Using ARSA PREVIEW. You can create a dynamic avatar app with motion and animation using ARSA PREVIEW. This process allows you to harness your artistic skills to develop interactive and engaging applications without requiring extensive coding knowledge.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Open Your Drawing App:
    • Launch your preferred drawing application on your device.
  2. Design Your Avatar:
    • Create a new canvas and draw your avatar. Ensure to design the different elements separately layer e.g., head, body, limbs to facilitate animation.
  3. Add Motion Element:
    • Select the frame layer that will constitute the motion of your avatar.
    • Rename the layer and adding command r=0x0x360 after your layer name. Ensuring the command is suffix from layer name with a whitespace alignment.
    • This command is rotation in Z axis in 360 degree.
    • Tip1: Changes X or Y axis by sequence number digit.
    • Tip2: User can use 2 or 3 axis in same time.
  4. Prepare for Import:
    • Once motion command and layer are ready, save them in PSD format.
  5. Import into ARSA PREVIEW:
    • Stay-turned your drawing app.
    • Sharing the PSD file into ARSA PREVIEW by selecting the "Share" button option within your drawing app and choosing ARSA PREVIEW as the destination.
  6. Animate Your Avatar:
    • In your drawing app, drawing sequence animation frames each layers. Arrange the frames in the desired order to create smooth transitions and animations.

      • New layer and rename to { then move this layer on above the first frame animation.
      • New layer again and rename and adding command is }animate=arm fps=2 play then move this layer on below the last frame animation, and also, ensuring the command is lowercase and whitespace is tokenization.

        • }animate=arm is tell ARSA to ended animation process with alias name is arm at this animation.
        • fps=2 is frame per second of this animation, value more is speed, value low is slow animate.
        • play is trigger tell ARSA to play this animation.

      • Group all key-frame animation to a single Group.
      • Rename the Group and adding command is animate=arm fps=2 play Ensuring the command is lowercase and whitespace is tokenization.
        • animate=arm is tell ARSA to this Group is animation with alias name is arm at this animation.
        • fps=2 is frame per second of this animation, value more is speed, value low is slow animate.
        • play is trigger tell ARSA to play this animation.
  7. Preview and Refine:
    • Preview the animated avatar in ARSA PREVIEW. Ensure the motion and animation meet your expectations.
    • Make any necessary adjustments in your drawing app, then re-import and refine the animation as needed.
  8. Finalize Your App:

Practice:

Create Your Own Avatar with Your Team Members.

Objective:

Students will effectively motion and animate your team's avatars, record a comprehensive behind-the-scenes reel, and share themself work for evaluation. The more detailed your explanation and demonstration, the higher your score will be.

Instruction:

  1. Team Setup:

    • Form a team. If you have 2 members, draw 2 avatars; if you have 3 or 4 members, draw 3 or 4 avatars respectively.
  2. Design the Avatars:

    • Each team member will design their own avatar using a drawing application.
    • Ensure each avatar is saved as a PSD file, preserving all layers and details. (Put all Avatars to single PSD file only!)
  3. Motion and Animation the Avatars:

    • Create various frames for each avatar to represent different motions and animations.
  4. Preview into ARSA PREVIEW:

    • Ensure your preview in ARSA PREVIEW to sequence the frames and add motion to the avatars.
  5. Record the Reel:

    • Create a behind-the-scenes video not exceeding 3 minutes. (Show the face all team members.)
    • Explain the process and protocol for creating the Avatar App, from the initial design and animation to the final production.
    • Highlight key steps and team collaboration in the video.
  6. Upload to Cloud Drive:

    • Upload the recorded reel and PSD file to a cloud drive with public sharing enabled.
    • Ensure the files are accessible to anyone with the link.
  7. Share the URL:

    • Drop the URL to your instructor's class to submit your work.
